Friedrich Hensler is regional representative in German Property Federation ZIA

16.08.2010

Since June 2010, Friedrich Hensler has been the regional representative for the German Property Federation (ZIA Zentraler Immobilien Ausschuss), where he represents the interests of the Baden-Württemberg property industry.

The ZIA represents the regulatory and economic interests of the property industry. As both state governments and parliaments have property-related roles and as regional impact is becoming increasingly relevant, the ZIA names regional representatives for the economically most significant regions of Germany.
Friedrich Hensler is one of six ZIA regional representatives.

The ZIA was founded in June 2006 to provide a strong lobby group for the industry's interests. Headquartered in Berlin, the federation is committed to the maintenance and improvement of the economic, legislative, political and tax environment for the property industry. To achieve this, it speaks with one voice to represent the interests of the real estate industry at national and international level both in the political arena and in public. The ZIA represents some 100 members.
