The focus of the Real Estate Dialog is on former military sites released for redevelopment and the resulting urban planning perspectives. The withdrawal of US forces is resulting in the release of many inner-city sites, particularly in Hanau and Darmstadt.
Roland Huber, Managing Director of Drees & Sommer Infra Consult & Development Management will speak at the event organized by Heuer Dialog and held in Congress Park Hanau. His topic: 'Many parties involved: A challenge of turning redevelopment sites into sustainable projects'. Roland Huber will also participate in a panel discussion on the topic 'Redevelopment as a joint task - how all parties can negotiation and benefit.'
