At the Building Owners' Congress on 20.01.2011 in Linz, the Austrian Sustainable Real Estate Council (ÖGNI) awarded the MARXIMUM Business Park in Vienna a silver German Sustainable Building Certificate (DGNB).
The Drees & Sommer auditors guided the office complex through the certification process to the award of silver with a preliminary assessment in 2009 and documentary verification in 2010.
