The Metro Group has expanded its existing logistics center in Noginsk, Russia.
Acceptance of the second part of the complex on a development site totaling one hectare was completed in mid February 2011. The "Metro Warehouse Noginsk II" project involves a gross floor area of 14,000 square meters.
Drees & Sommer, as project manager, supported planning, construction and installation work. The experts supported the client - Metro Group Asset Management LLC - with the preparations for acceptance and commissioning, and undertook defect elimination.
