Drees & Sommer opens a new office in Dresden

Within the scope of the 1st Dresden Immocircle the office in the World Trade Centre was officially opened.

Together with almost 50 guests from the regional economy and administration, last week Drees & Sommer celebrated the opening of a new office in Dresden. After a welcome by Office Manager Frank Schulze, architect Peter Kulka gave a talk about "Dresden between the historic and modern" as the guest speaker. The projects listed in his speech provided material for discussion in the subsequent exchanges between guests. The opening ceremony also marked the start of the Dresden Immocircle.

With its new office in Dresden, Drees & Sommer is continuing to expand its presence in central Germany. Currently, the company is acting as a service provider for Project Management, Real Estate Consulting and Engineering in the Saxon capital. One of its many projects includes the refurbishment of the Kulturpalast Dresden. Experts see potential in the local markets industrial sector as well as in the field of research and development. The opening of the office in Dresden now means that the corporate group is present in 19 international and 12 German regional locations. Other Drees & Sommer regional offices in central Germany can be found in Leipzig and Erfurt.
