Once again, Drees & Sommer is represented at Real Vienna with its own booth (C0319 in Hall C) at the Messe Wien Exhibition & Congress Center from May 18 - 20, 2010.
The main topic of this year's real estate fair is the profitability of Green Buildings. This will be the subject of a 'Property Talks' panel discussion on the Investments & Services stage in Hall C on May 18. Ralph Scheer, Managing Director of Drees & Sommer Austria, will address the topic 'Green Buildings - does tomorrow's market lead justify today's additional cost?'
The other area of focus is the real estate service provider's activities in the Eastern European property market: Drees & Sommer is supporting numerous clients by providing Project Management, Real Estate Consulting, and Engineering services in Bulgaria, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Romania.
