The exhibition for commercial property and investment in Central and Eastern Europe will take place in Vienna from May 24 - 25, 2011.
Being held for the sixth time, Real Vienna is expected to attract 220 regions, cities and international exhibitors from 20 countries. Drees & Sommer is present with a booth in Hall D (booth 0511). Experts will answer questions on all aspects of optimization of established properties, and show what economic strategies can be used to "turn back the property clock".
On Tuesday, May 24, Ralph Scheer, Managing Director of Drees & Sommer Vienna, will participate in a panel discussion entitled "Shopping centers in CEE".
On Wednesday, May 25, Prof. Dr. Hans Sommer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Drees & Sommer Group, will join a panel discussion focusing on "Sustainable strategies - unlocking the hidden value".
As part of the two-day industry platform, visitors can expect a mix of business, expertise, networking and a packed technical program. The focus is on CEE/SEE countries (Central, South-East and Eastern Europe).
