Presentation on 'Development aid' for green rehabilitation projects for established buildings
The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Germany will host the Urban Leader Summit entitled 'Green Reality Check' on June 7, 2011 at the Chilehaus in Hamburg. Dierk Mutschler, member of the Executive Board of Drees & Sommer AG, deals with the optimization of established properties and will make a presentation on the topic "Do we need more 'development aid' for green rehabilitation projects for established buildings?"
At the event, representatives of the public- and private-sector property industry will hold a panel discussion on the 'Green Reality Check'. The economic attractiveness of urban areas is increasingly dependent on the quality of the location. In Hamburg, the experts will take a critical look at the role that 'green' plays and at the associated challenges and opportunities.
