The company headquarters in Sierksdorf have been completed within schedule and budget. With the assistance of Drees & Sommer, it has been possible to achieve savings.
The functional new building now allows the service providing company for supply and disposal to centralise its headquarters in the industrial park Neustädter Bucht after over 80 years at the Timmendorfer Strand and Neustadt locations. After a three year planning and construction phase, the building will be opened on the 22nd April 2010.
Planning and construction were realised with the help of Drees & Sommer Project Management, which has led to savings in cost and space and smooth operation. Thus, with the support of Drees & Sommer the space required was reduced by 20%. Amendments to the architecture so as to meet the required functions of the individual building areas achieved further savings of several hundred thousands of euros.
