A five-star hotel is being built in Port Sóller, Mallorca.
Drees & Sommer is supporting the principal, DEKA Immobilien GmbH with the demanding project by providing a project leadhouse function both on-site and at headquarters. The experts are responsible for ensuring adherence to schedules, budget, and quality specifications.
The luxury hotel is on a tight schedule to be completed for the operator Jumeirah by summer 2011. The 5+ star hotel will offer up to 120 generously appointed rooms. Several restaurants and bars and a 2000-square-meter wellness area are also planned.
