In mid June 2010, Drees & Sommer will provide input on the topics Public Private Partnership and general planning at the realSite real estate exhibition in Zurich.
realSite - the Swiss specialist exhibition for real estate business, regional economic development, facility management and services - is taking place for the first time this year. From June 15 to 17, 2010, the exhibition will take an interdisciplinary look at the Swiss real estate industry.
Drees & Sommer will be represented in two panel discussions: 'The fine art of cooperation in the construction and operation of infrastructure projects' will be discussed on Tuesday, June 15 from 11 am to 12 midday on the 'Expert Stage'. Steffen Szeidl, Managing Director of Drees & Sommer Switzerland will join a panel of experts discussing Public Private Partnership.
On Thursday, June 17, Martin Lutz, Managing Director of Drees & Sommer Advanced Building Technologies and Bernhard Unseld, Managing Director in the Swiss regional office will make a presentation entitled 'Who takes control? - general planning requires management competence'.
