The Bülow Group has built an Innovation Center in Stuttgart-Vaihingen for the Swedish company Trelleborg Sealing Solutions. Integrating offices, laboratories and a company restaurant, the building has total floor area of 13,800 square meters.

The design of the five-and-a-half floors allows flexible use and implementation of all standard workplace types. The building features a Z-shape above the ground floor, which maximizes natural light and open-plan offices. It also results in the creation of two roof-top terraces. A multipurpose central zone accommodates important functions such as meeting areas, copy and archive zones, as well as communication alcoves. Think tanks can also be integrated as retreat areas, if required.
