Drees & Sommer at the ACHEMA Trade Show: Solutions for the Process Industry

On June 11, 2018, the Achema trade show in Frankfurt am Main opens its doors again for five days. 167,000 trade visitors from more than 100 countries are expected at the leading international exhibition for the chemical technology and process industry. The main focus of the trade show will be on new products, techniques and services. This year, Drees & Sommer’s life sciences team will be among the exhibitors for the first time.

As the leading industry get-together of a globally networked industry, the show brings together the expertise of manufacturers and users. This year’s trade show will be based on three focal topics: flexible production, biotech for chemistry, and chemical and pharmaceutical logistics, which deals with the digitization of the logistics chain and its implications for the industry.

The specific requirements of the process industry for safety and hygiene standards and for quality management are also reflected in the construction of production and laboratory buildings. During the week of the exhibition, at Booth B53 in Hall 9, a team of Drees & Sommer experts from a range of disciplines will be available to answer any questions about cost-effective solutions for buildings in the sector.
