How can climate protection and the turnaround in resource consumption be integrated systematically and above all cost-effectively into real estate planning? This question is the focus of the event ‘Next Generation Buildings – Bauen für die Circular Economy’(Construction for the Circular Economy)’ on November 13, 2019 at the NEXT Studio in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
As a result of climate change and increasingly scarce resources, the importance of recycling-enabled construction is increasing. Yet only a few know how it works in real terms and what is important beyond the small individual measures. ‘The exchange of knowledge and experience among all stakeholders in the construction business is very important in order to promote recyclable and healthy construction. Through our event, we would like to contribute to this dialog and, together with all participants, explore the question of how we implement circular economy approaches and Cradle to Cradle design principles effectively in our projects’, says Dr. Peter Mösle, Partner at Drees & Sommer SE and Managing Director of EPEA GmbH – Part of Drees & Sommer.
The event is organized by WICONA, a manufacturer of high-tech building systems, in cooperation with EPEA GmbH. The interactive event format aims to provide practical information for the construction and real estate industries. Experienced speakers will present successful projects and pioneering construction methods. Dr. Peter Mösle, Dr. Werner Jager (Managing Director at Wicona), Lars Krückeberg (Founding Partner of Graft) and Jasna Moritz (Partner at kadawittfeldarchitektur) share their knowledge in keynote talks. The event will be hosted by Martin Prösler of Prösler Kommunikation GmbH. During the subsequent discussion and get-together, guests and participants will have the opportunity for direct dialog.
Further information can be found in the invitation flyer (in German language).
