Deutsches Haus, Ho-Chi-Minh City

An investor consortium is currently building the Deutsches Haus in Ho-Chi-Minh City. The future official residence of the German Consul-General in the center of the Vietnamese metropolis will have a double facade – the first in the region. Facade planner Drees & Sommer is ensuring that the exacting requirements with regard to user comfort and energy efficiency are met. The German Consulate in Ho-Chi-Minh City will occupy the sixth of the 25 floors – and will have a separate entrance and secure lobby on the ground floor. The building will also feature upmarket rental offices, a restaurant floor with a terrace, as well as exhibition and retail space. The building is scheduled to open in August 2017.

Additional value
