Agile Task Management for the Planning Department of Jökel Bau GmbH & Co. KG

Jökel Bau GmbH began implementing lean site management in the execution phase of its turn-key construction projects as early as 2013. In 2018, this construction company decided to roll out a customized agile task management concept in its own planning department in order to leverage the benefits of the lean philosophy in the project planning phases as well. The Lean Construction Managers at Drees & Sommer advised Jökel Bau GmbH & Co. KGand carried out the implementation of the task management system.
