Adapted to the customer’s needs, the Customized Smart Building has a kind of central brain, allowing it to learn from its users and adapt to their needs. While meeting the highest IT security standards, the so-called brain intelligently interlinks all technical systems, sensors – as well as planning, operational and user data – allowing it to control the processes in the building in the most efficient way. For example, the system detects areas not currently occupied and that do not require heating or cooling, and switches off the systems in these areas accordingly.
