Fast-tracked fit out for wealth management client
Leading international wealth management, private banking and asset management group, LGT Vestra, wanted its existing offices at 14 Cornhill, London, and newly leased extra floors to reflect the profile of their business and clients.
The new floors required Cat A to Cat B fit-out, while existing floors would undergo refurbishment but the client needed to remain in occupation and trading as normal throughout the works.
Drees & Sommer UK lead the refurbishment and fit out, implementing a strategy and schedule that enabled 50% of the office premises to be renovated while the remaining space was used.
New high-quality workspace was created together with new meeting rooms, a data centre, client lounge, catering facilities and larger break out area for staff.
In order to minimise the period of disruption, the project was fast-tracked completing within 28 weeks. The result was an efficient and elegant office space befitting of a high profile financial institution.
