A section of Stuttgarter Strasse more than 1 km in length was redesigned and rehabilitated in several construction phases. In addition to high-quality urban planning (road design, tree borders, etc.), the redesign includes the associated reorganization of the supply and disposal infrastructure (sewer system, water, pipes, etc.) as well as the complete renovation of the road surface itself.

As project manager, Drees & Sommer coordinated the many stakeholders and managed various aspects of this high-profile project, including the public consultation, to ensure smooth completion of the entire project.
