NEEXT EUROPEAN TALK IN KRAKOW

On October 2, Krakow hosted the 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝘉𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴: 𝘓𝘦𝘵’𝘴𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘖𝘶𝘳𝘚𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳, in collaboration with Drees & Sommer Polska, NOWAMEWA and Nowy Styl. The event brought together vibrant discussions and fresh perspectives from key local players and international guests: architects, developers, HR leaders, service providers, and equipment manufacturers.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬?

• 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 is a defining 𝐦𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝. With Poland’s population aging faster than the European average, architecture and office design are becoming essential to supporting longer and healthier lives.
• 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠. To build competitiveness, we must embrace flexibility, diversity, intergenerational dialogue, personalization, and employee autonomy. The future lies in 𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬.
• Trends are shifting toward smaller, boutique meeting rooms, silent zones, and greater choice in how we work. On the other hand, well-tested classics – like great coffee machines and massages – still make a difference!
• 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬 are now central to office design. It’s no longer about making an impression, it’s about 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 and creating spaces where people 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦, not just 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦.
• 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 is expected, but only when it’s intuitive and empowering. Still, it’s the human factor that drives creativity and collaboration. Planning our time and presence in the office helps build 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.
