Drees & Sommer was commissioned by AURIS Immo Solutions of Vienna to carry out technical due diligence and construction monitoring for Building Stage 1 of 3 for the Kirschblütenpark residential project on the Alte Donau in Vienna.

The project is a residential building with basement/underground garage (underground), first floor, four upper floors and three above-ground attic floors. There are a total of 126 residential units (2-, 3- and 4-room apartments with large balconies, terraces and gardens), 63 compulsory car parking spaces and 179 bicycle parking spaces.
