ESG drives transformation
The ESG Compass sets the direction in climate-friendly investments. The industry is guided by the CRREM pathway, which shows how far the real estate portfolio is from CO2 targets and needs to be adjusted. But this is by no means enough to derive suitable measures in practice. What is needed now are clear guidelines and the will to implement the path set out by the EU taxonomy with suitable partners and technical pioneers for one's own company.
