Anand has joined Drees & Sommer at a critical time of growth, with new projects requiring his expertise. With over 33 years of experience in the construction and engineering sector and over 25 years of advising clients on project and contract management issues, Anand brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. He regularly testifies as a Delay Expert (Forensic Planner), Quantum Expert (Cost Engineer), and Expert Building Surveyor/Engineer, including acting as an Expert on matters involving Value Engineering; at the Singapore High Court, regional adjudications and international arbitrations.
Anand's impressive career has seen him undertake a range of roles in the industry, allowing him to consider matters from a holistic perspective and advise clients accordingly. In his new role at Drees & Sommer, he will help the company offer integrated services in claims management, contract administration, contractual advice, building surveying, and project management.
