The Nestlé "Gingko Project" in Taizhou, Jiangsu (China) is a new plant for the production of special food products for medical applications. It has high special requirements in the areas of process safety and hygiene, and needs to be partly GMP-compliant. The project is under extreme time pressure and needs to be finished in only 6 months. The Lean Construction Management team of Drees & Sommer in China, together with a consulting team, implements the Drees & Sommer Lean Site Management concept on the site.
