Valley is an eye-catcher in Amsterdam’s Zuidas district. The iconic mixed-use building complex consists of three towers of respectively 103, 80 and 70 meters in height. The buildings are connected to each other by an irregularly shaped, green “valley” of ascending terraces. Valley is not just an architectural eye-catcher but also a perfect example of how to make an urban area greener by incorporating nature-friendly elements. Project developer EDGE combines urban living with healthy and natural materials, with spacious terraces and water features. The central valley on the fourth and fifth floors is accessible to the public.

A three-level underground car park with room for 375 cars is located under the towers. From the ground floor to the seventh floor, you will find offices, restaurants, shops, (cultural) services, bicycle storage and access to the residential towers. Residential levels start from the eighth floor. Valley comprises a total of 200 luxury flats with high-quality finishes.

In the run-up to the delivery of Valley, EDGE approached Drees & Sommer to provide project management support. In the last year before completion, our senior project manager was closely involved in the ongoing changes to the construction plan, and the preliminary and final inspections up to the delivery of the 200 flats.
