A new city quarter will be created in the "Greenbelt" of Ho Chi Minh City. High-quality hotels, homes, villas, offices and various cultural facilities were planned over a space of 54 hectares in advance. Drees & Sommer assumed the implementation of an architects competition with detailed awarding documents, space allocation plan and general urban planning criteria, which had not been implemented in Vietnam to date.
