Drees & Sommer Czech Republic: A Key Participant at Prague Property Forum 2024

On 16 April, Drees & Sommer Czech Republic participated in the leading trade event, Prague Property Forum 2024. The forum was a vibrant platform where current market trends in logistics, retail, residential, and hotel segments were discussed. The event saw participation from over two hundred representatives from both local and international companies.

The local team was represented by Zdeněk Kovář, Markus Ising, Martina Ščuka, Tereza Procházková, and Lenka Jánská. The Czech office was also honored to have Vibeke Stadling, Senior Change Manager from Drees & Sommer in Sweden, as a special guest speaker.

During a panel discussion on ‘A New Age of Working’, Vibeke Stadling shared her insights on how to best achieve a sustainable work life. She emphasized that modern offices must provide an environment where employees can both focus and collaborate. This has become especially important in the post-COVID era, as working habits have changed and the role of leadership now is to reinvent its right purpose for all employees across generations.

A modern office needs to combine many different aspects. It should offer an attractive working place that caters to employees’ preferences, provide opportunities for socializing, and equip employees with appropriate digital tools to improve working efficiency. The modern office should become our second home and THE destination. All these elements need to align with the company culture and be well communicated within the company. This ensures that the investment into talent is fully utilized and, importantly, sustainable for the future.

During the event, there was also a high interest in the Drees & Sommer stand where the local team presented services provided on the Czech market and top reference projects from this market and across the globe. The participation of Drees & Sommer Czech Republic in the Prague Property Forum 2024 not only showcased their commitment to the property market but also their dedication to creating sustainable and efficient work environments.
