Our cost planners in our Basel, Lausanne, and Zurich offices specialize in cost planning and cost management for small to large construction projects. Our work begins with the initial project idea, continues through the feasibility study, the preliminary project, and the actual construction project, through to the management and demolition of the structures.

As part of construction cost planning, we carry out rough cost estimates, cost estimates, cost calculations, and cost comparisons in order to produce an accurate cost forecast, whether for competitions, feasibility studies, or other customer requirements. We use our cost database and the knowledge we have gained from previous projects to do this.   We prepare cost determinations for you according to the SIA planning phases. For rough cost estimates (RCE), the accuracy of the cost determination is +/-25 percent; for cost estimation (CE) +/-15 percent, and for a cost calculation (CC) +/-10 percent.
