As an experienced client representative, we at Drees & Sommer Switzerland take on the central management of your construction project – from the initial idea to handover and use. This includes consistently representing your interests to planners, contractors, and authorities. Our role is to guide, structure, and secure – to ensure your project goals with regard to quality, deadlines, costs, and sustainability are reliably achieved.

What does client representation mean to us?

- Feasibility studies: technical, economic, and legal analysis of your project idea from the perspective of the entire real estate value chain.
- Competition support (in accordance with SIA 142/143): from preparation through expert evaluation to decision, including transparent communication with all parties involved.
- 360° analysis: comprehensive examination of risks, opportunities, dependencies as a basis for robust project strategies.
- Project definition and needs analysis: development of clear objectives – well-founded, comprehensible, together with you.
Operational project management
- Project organization and coordination: establishing a lean, effective structure with clear responsibilities and decision-making processes.
- Schedule management: development of realistic timelines, ongoing schedule control, use of agile planning methods (e.g. lean).
- Cost management: early budgeting, precise cost estimates, active controlling with cost forecasts and scenarios.
- Quality management: definition and assurance of project qualities – technical, functional, and design-related.
- Communication and data management: use of digital tools for documentation, information distribution, and versioning – tailored to all user groups.
- Contract management and claim management: structured support when creating, reviewing, and monitoring contracts in order to minimize risks and avoid conflict.
