As a general planner, Drees & Sommer Switzerland takes on the complete coordination of and responsibility for all planning services of a construction project. We bring together all disciplines in an integrated team – purposeful, efficient, and tailored to the specific task.
What do we mean by general planning?
We take responsibility for the coordination and performance of all planning participants. Whether architecture, structural engineering, building services, building physics, or special areas such as fire protection or laboratory planning, we assemble the right team and ensure an integrated planning process. This includes combining our own expertise with a powerful partner network in Switzerland and drawing on the extensive know-how of the entire Drees & Sommer Group.
What do we mean by EPCM?
EPCM (engineering, procurement and construction management) at Drees & Sommer Switzerland stands for extended general planning. We incorporate all planning, consulting, and management services to provide comprehensive support for your project. As a result, the client has only one contract partner besides the construction companies. This significantly reduces the complexity, risk, and internal effort of their project.
