What does overall management mean at Drees & Sommer Switzerland?
In accordance with Art. 3.4 SIA 102, we take on the leadership of the overall project team – from the architecture team to specialist planners and external specialists. We integrate all participants, moderate conflicting goals, make decisions in the interests of the project, and represent this to the client. As overall managers, we are responsible for the interaction of all disciplines and trades in terms of quality, deadlines, and costs.
