We support project and program organization as a partner across all phases and hierarchical levels by implementing project-related quality and risk management as well as sound financial planning, and introducing proven best practices. This ensures that critical project and program goals are achieved.

Our PQM ensures regular review and transparent communication of the project status, identifies project risks, and sets measures for resolution. We use PQM to ensure that interfaces within the project organization are coordinated and all essential requirements are included early on. We also offer comprehensive services in financial planning, including cost management and design-to-cost strategies, to achieve your project goals.

Our PQM services include:

  • We support the overall project performance in project-related quality management throughout the entire duration of the project.
  • We review and supplement the risk analysis already carried out by our customers, taking into account the project organization, and review the quality management concepts.
  • We assist our clients in creating and maintaining the QM agreement with the project participants.
  • We lead and structure PQM processes in accordance with SIA 2007 guidelines: Quality in Construction, Ed. 2001, Chap. 3 and in close consultation with the client.
  • Operational support of the client or program management in project organization and control (including creation of the project manual, implementation of risk management and measures monitoring, implementation of cost and schedule controlling, coordination and scheduling), continuous reporting, as well as conducting the contract management and change and claim management.

The continuous assessment and evaluation of events, actions, and developments that could hinder the achievement of goals and the successful implementation of the strategy is essential for every organization and project:

  • We conduct the risk identification, analysis, and evaluation together with you and support you in developing risk strategies, implementing defined measures, and updating the risk forecast.
  • We develop and implement risk management systems with you, focusing strongly on timeliness and accuracy/reliability of cost forecasts.

Even in large construction projects with special requirements, we can support you with our expertise in implementing a risk management system, i.e. advising the client on the identification, evaluation, and control of risks (dangers and opportunities) in collaboration with other project participants.
