Jemma joined Drees & Sommer in the UK to assist our ever growing team. Jemma says she is “striving to reach her full potential within this role. Helping to build the company’s success and growth in the upcoming years and is immensely proud to be working with an expert sustainability team”.
Davina and Amaan reinforce the Cost Management team as Quantity Surveyors “developing their careers with the specialist, experienced team already in place, with the intention to help the company grow within the UK and internationally, aspiring to RICS principles”.
Ana is one of our Sustainability experts. As a Chartered Environmentalist she brings a wealth of knowledge on Materials and Material Passports, Circular Economy, EU Taxonomy, certification from BREEAM to WELL and more. With a background in Architecture and Sustainable Environmental Design, she is able to advise Clients, Investors, Architects and Engineers, motivating the whole team to align project goals with sustainability targets from the onset.
Si-Joe, Project Director in Engineering and Sustainability, combines a focus on net-zero buildings and circular economy. Drawing on the joint experience of colleagues at EPEA and the global Drees & Sommer team, he is excited to grow our design-based approach to leveraging circular economy principles through Cradle-to-Cradle®, from Urban Mining to leasing models and whole life cost of ownership.
Jette completes the management team as Managing Director. Bringing her extensive advisory skills and experience within the Construction Industry on complex construction and renovation projects in the Hospitality, Logistics, Industry, Retail and CRE sectors. Both the professionalism and the diversity of projects and people at Drees & Sommer convinced Jette to join the team to continue this amazing growth in the UK and Internationally.
