Capelle aan den IJssel, 1 September 2026 – Drees & Sommer Netherlands announces the appointment of Michon van der Salm as Managing Director Netherlands, effective 1 September 2026. In his new role, he will be responsible for the continued growth and strategic development of the Dutch organization.
As Managing Director, Michon will become part of the international Real Estate Cluster and, within the Netherlands, will be responsible for leading Project Solutions International (PSI) as well as Sales & Marketing. In this capacity, he will play a central role in strengthening Drees & Sommer Netherlands' market position and achieving the company’s ambitious growth objectives.
Michon brings extensive experience in the real estate sector and has established himself as a connecting leader with a strong focus on strategy, client value, collaboration, and sustainable growth. In his new position, he will focus on further integrating areas of expertise, strengthening strategic client relationships, and creating new opportunities within the Dutch market.
