Located in one of Belgium’s key logistics corridors between Antwerp and Brussels, the Boom Logistics Centre is a newly developed, nextgeneration warehouse facility owned by Goodman. With more than 28,000 m² of flexible logistics and office space, the asset combines modern specifications with excellent connectivity to major road networks, including the N16 and A12, and will benefit from an additional access road in the coming years.

To support Goodman in demonstrating the asset’s sustainability performance, Drees & Sommer provided BREEAM InUse certification services and carried out both a flood risk assessment and a natural hazard risk assessment. Through structured evidence collection, validation statement preparation, and targeted advisory, our team enabled the project to achieve a BREEAM InUse “Very Good” rating. As a result, the client now benefits from a validated sustainability profile and a clearer understanding of the building’s exposure to environmental risks—key factors for asset value, compliance, and future-proof operation.
