Business analysis for the Swiss Distance University of Applied Sciences (FFHS)

Since 2021, the Swiss Distance University of Applied Sciences (FFHS) has also been renting out its modern training and seminar rooms, which can accommodate between 2 and over 150 people, to external partners for training courses or events, for example.

The FFHS is generally satisfied with its performance to date in terms of external rentals, but sees potential for optimization. The client's goal was to obtain an external assessment of its existing processes and rental strategy.

Drees & Sommer Switzerland was therefore commissioned to conduct a comprehensive business analysis of the rental management system.
