The Chenot Palace Weggis project comprises the renovation of the existing Schlössli, Altes Hotel and Adara buildings as well as replacement new buildings such as the timber hotel complex, a spa, offices and a wellness area. The overall project comprises 97 hotel rooms, of which 52 rooms are in the existing buildings and 45 rooms in the new building. In addition, there are 4,345 square metres for a spa area, 989 square metres for wellness, offices, lobby, restaurants and kitchens. The total floor area is 19,377 square metres.
