City of Zug – Operational management concept for Gubelstrasse 22

Drees & Sommer was commissioned by the city of Zug to advise on various options for facility management operations at the new city administration site. Once the basic approach had been approved, a property-specific operational management concept (OMC) was drawn up. The OMC outlines the operational structure and organization, describes the operational interfaces, and defines and illustrates various operational processes in the areas of cleaning and maintenance, property management, logistics, and building maintenance.
