Feasibility study for construction logistics, Getec Park, Stein

Several large new construction projects are planned for the GETEC Park industrial site, which will be carried out while operations continue. The area is characterized by intensive industrial use, particularly by several pharmaceutical companies, which means that there are special requirements for transport routes and logistics. Drees & Sommer Switzerland was commissioned to conduct a feasibility study on the construction logistics organization.

Added value

As part of the feasibility study, a comprehensive and efficient construction logistics plan was developed for the GETECA site, taking into account ongoing site operations. Forward-looking planning minimizes risks and optimizes construction processes in a sustainable manner.
