Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) is planning to construct a new high-rise building in the immediate vicinity of Basel SBB railway station. The project consists of an 81-meter-high skyscraper, a logistics center under Meret Oppenheim Strasse, and Meret Oppenheim Platz. The high-rise building will accommodate a variety of uses: retail, services, restaurants, and residential. In addition to the logistics center, which will supply the SBB station, the basement will house an underground parking garage with 70 parking spaces and 700 bicycle parking spaces.

Drees & Sommer Switzerland was commissioned by Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) as general planner. In addition to planning coordination, Drees & Sommer Switzerland is also responsible for cost, schedule and quality management, construction logistics, facade planning, building physics and acoustics, and technical controlling for the client.
