The entire existing building of the luxury Atlantis hotel in the center of Zurich was completely renovated and expanded to include an additional floor and underground parking garage. Today, the hotel has eight floors. In addition to a total of 87 rooms, guests will also find event rooms, a restaurant floor, spa and fitness areas, and spacious green areas. Drees & Sommer supported the project with consulting services and construction and commissioning management.
