200 meters high mixed used tower with an iconic design consists of 81 apartment units placed on top of the 5 star hotel operated by TAJ. The apartments are divided into 4 categories; The apartment floors start from 20th Floor and reach the 44th Floor. Each apartment features a panoramic glass pod, terrace or balcony to enhance the amazing view around the tower. To promote the culture of sustainability each apartment is equipped with Home Automation to utilized the power efficiently.

Facilities such as Gym, Spa, Saloon, Yoga/Meditation room & Swimming pool is also provided for the Residence on 18th floor which jetting of the building to show a symbolic importance of this floor.
