Tenant fit-out at Stücki Park, Basel

NBE Therapeutics AG, a company belonging to the Boehringer Ingelheim Group, conducts research in the field of antibodies and immuno-oncology. To meet future workspace requirements, two floors were leased and fitted out at the Stücki Areal in Basel, creating a new research facility for antibody-drug conjugates (ADC).

Drees & Sommer Switzerland acted as the client representative for the expansion of the office and laboratory space. In close cooperation with NBE/Boehringer Ingelheim, the total contractor Halter, and the planning team, a modern research environment was created that meets high architectural and technical requirements.
