In recent years, advancing digitalization has fundamentally changed the requirements placed on real estate: buildings are expected to operate more efficiently, generate higher returns, and satisfy their users. These requirements can only be met when greater emphasis is placed on the digital connectivity of technical systems and processes.
In addition, the real estate industry faces the following challenges, which can only be addressed through intelligent building connectivity:

Intelligent building connectivity
Together with our clients, we develop digitalization strategies that serve as the basis for intelligent building connectivity. Added value for building users and operators can be generated, for example, through keyless access control, intelligent elevator control, efficient and demand-based air conditioning, and a fully digitalized booking system.
A cloud-based building brain serves as the central, self-learning control element to which all sensors and technical components are connected. The collected building and usage data is used for analyses that make building operations more efficient and economical while also having a positive impact on user needs.
Furthermore, the implementation of self-learning AI enables the property to learn autonomously and, among other things, automatically switch off heating, cooling, and ventilation when these areas are not in use.
In connected properties, intelligent sensors with open interfaces (APIs) will be installed in the future to collect all relevant data on consumption (energy, water, air), occupancy or movement, and light intensity. Compliance with data protection regulations and GDPR requirements is the top priority.
