Under the highest IT security standards, the so-called “Brain” intelligently connects all technical systems, sensors, and planning, operational, and user data, enabling optimal control of processes within the building.

For example, the system identifies unused spaces that require neither heating nor cooling and switches off the systems in these areas accordingly.
