A new residential and business neighborhood is currently under construction at the location of the former Villeroy & Boch factory. Commercial spaces, conference rooms and offices, restaurants, and cafés will be built over an area spanning approximately 6,300 m². 809 apartments will be built in total. The historic “Le Carré” Building — the cultural legacy of Villeroy & Boch — will be preserved and developed in order to turn it into the focal point of the upcoming neighborhood.
