The European Union Court of Justice has carried out a fifth extension of its real estate to accommodate translators and other functions in a third tower. Drees & Sommer provided support during the planning, implementation, and validation of the project.

Drees & Sommer supported the construction of the new building on the site of the "Kirchberg" clinic and provided project management. During the project, a parking garage, a day clinic, outpatient operating rooms, medical offices, and a maternity ward were created.

On the site of the Parliament of the German-speaking Community in Eupen, Belgium, an existing building was renovated and transformed into the new seat of the Parliament. Drees & Sommer supported and advised the Parliament throughout the project as part of classical project management.

A new maternity ward has been built in Luxembourg. It will assume all functions related to the health of mothers and children. Drees & Sommer was entrusted with the project management of the new construction.

Saarland University of Applied Sciences has decided to commission the construction of a new technical center, a central building, and a parking garage. Additionally, the high-rise building underwent refurbishment. Drees & Sommer was commissioned to provide a wide range of services, including project control, procedural and approval management.
