The Pallotti School is a private, state-recognized special education school for social development located in Neunkirchen, Saar in Germany. The building, erected in 1975, was largely in its original state prior to the start of the project and therefore no longer met current technical standards. Drees & Sommer Luxembourg was commissioned for building services engineering in the renovation project of the school. The renovation includes, among other things, the replacement of the roof, facades including windows, flooring, as well as the renewal of technical installations (sanitation, water and heat supply, ventilation, electrical installations).

All work is being carried out while maintaining the school's ongoing operations.

The project started in August 2019 and is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2024.
