Short construction time due to tight time schedule, tight cost specifications, reinforced concrete core and timber construction with sustainable appearance, high energy efficiency, alongside ongoing operation of the university.
Slope protection measures using shotcrete - nail wall are currently being implemented.
During the implementation it has to be taken into account that in the surrounding objects of the BOKU (Wilhelm-Exner-Haus, Franz Schwackhöfer Haus, Center for International Relocation) an undisturbed university operation has to be maintained.
