In the course of 2023 and into 2024, the site and thus the operation of the area and properties are to be transferred to the responsibility of WSE or its project company Otto Wagner Areal Revitalisierung GmbH (OWA).
With the transfer, the liability and responsibility (operator responsibility) will also pass to OWA (or a subsidiary of WSE).
The goal of the consultation was to develop a suitable operator concept that aligns with OWA's vision as the overall operator, taking into account the necessary facility services to be procured on the market.
